One Stage Drinking Water RO System

Product Description

Drinking Water RO System one-Stage RO FRP 500LPH For Pure water

Drinking water RO system mechanism model:
1. Preferential adsorption capillary pore model: No pores were found under the dry-state membrane electron microscope of the weak point. Wet film specimens are not samples for electron microscopy.
2. Dissolution-Diffusion Model: No pores are considered.
3. Dry closed and wet open model: In the 1980s and 1990s, it was the most appropriate modern reverse osmosis mechanism model that explained the 1 and 2 models. Both the "dry closed and wet open" reverse osmosis model unifies the two most classic reverse osmosis mechanism models, the pore model and the dissolution and diffusion model.
When the film is dry, the film pores are shrunk and compacted, the pores are closed, and the dry film prepared in a dry state for microscopic examination cannot be seen under the electron microscope;
When the membrane is wet, the membrane material swells, the pores of the membrane are swelled by the solvent, and the pores open. The combination is the "dry closed wet open" desalination model.

Drinking water RO system preprocessing requirements:
1. The reverse osmosis pretreatment must be able to remove most of the impurities in the raw water to meet the water inlet requirements;
2. Reverse osmosis pretreatment must consider changes in water quality to prevent fluctuations in raw water quality from affecting the stable operation of the entire system;
3. The reverse osmosis pretreatment process must be able to operate efficiently and stably, while simplifying the process as much as possible to reduce investment and operating costs;

Process flow of Drinking Water RO System
Source water tank → source water booster pump → multi-media filter → active carbon filter → resin softening device → precision filter → first RO reverse osmosis pure water system → second RO reverse osmosis pure water system → water-gas mixer → ozone sterilizer → stainless steel pure water tank → automatic filling line

Drinking water RO system membrane advantages:
1. Cross-flow operation process, strong anti-pollution ability, good regeneration performance and long service life.
2. The separation precision is high, and the permeated liquid is clear and transparent, which greatly reduces the load of the subsequent refining process.
3. Achieve high multiple concentration of fermentation broth and improve product yield.
4. While improving the product yield, the bacteria in the fermentation broth can be recovered, bringing more profit points and environmental protection benefits to the enterprise.
5. There is no need for filter aids in the treatment process, and there is no retention of active ingredients in the fermentation broth.
6. Realize clean production, reduce the amount of acid, alkali and water washing, and greatly improve the biodegradability of wastewater.
7. There is no phase change in the system operation, low energy consumption and lower production cost.

FAQ:

1, What are the inlet water quality requirements for ro water treatment system membrane components?

Items

NTU SDI Residual chlorine(mg/L) Fe2+(mg/L) TOC(mg/L)
Limits ≤1 ≤5   ≤4 ≤3

2. What is the material of ro water treatment system membrane?

Acetate membrane (CA) : mainly because of its resistance to chlorine, so it is still durable. But its suitable pH range is small, easy hydrolysis

Aromatic polyamide membrane (PA) : water almost can not have chlorine, only through a variety of pretreatment chlorine.

3. RO water treatment system configuration:

First-stage multi-stage process: if the recovery rate is not achieved in the first stage (50-65% in the first stage and 65-75% in the second stage), the multi-stage tandem filtration can be used. The effective cross-sectional area of each segment decreases. 2:2 and 2:3 and 4:2:1

Multi-stage process: when the first stage process cannot meet the effluent quality requirements (the first stage is generally ≤20μs/cm), the product water of the first stage process is sent to another reverse osmosis unit.

The arrangement of membrane components can be divided into series and parallel.
